I placed an order on the site, with delivery the next day. Only a quarter of the order arrived. I called the call centre and they told me it was lost, I accepted redelivery for another 3 days. After 3 days I called again, and I was told that no one processed the order. ? I decided to refound and be the last time I order from them. But the story does not end here, because even after the third phone call I did not receive the refund confirmation. I simply wasted my time placing the order and talking on the phone with incompetent people. Now I'm waiting to see how long I'll get my money back.

Click and collect service is a shambles - placed an order on the 9th July for next day delivery to store .. Didn't turn up that day, or the next, or the next, in fact didn't turn up at all.. 16th July I checked with store, no, still not arrived. I'm emailed later that day to be told "its lost I'll re-order for you,, NEXT day delivery.. Still not arrived.!.. I chase again and the lies start - It was delivered on Monday 11th I'm told, it must be your fault. I don't think so, as you have a) already emailed confirming it's lost.!, and b) the order is down to be delivered to store... Not a clue..!

Easy fast online service, products never let you down (if you buy the right products) vast array of products, nothing but praise for H&B, many thanks to all concerned.?

Very disappointed with this company have been ordering from them for a longtime now, made an order but they could not fulfil the order, told I would be getting refund a few days later after waiting for my delivery? Will be finding another place to shop for my supplements in future...?

Now I have to wait for a refund how long will that take?

My preference is to visit in-store and I have always found the staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to find any particular product. Nothing unusual about this (maybe) but I have had the same experience of H&B premises in several parts of the country which, for me, shows a consistency and important attention to detail.

H&B is the place where I find everything that a good nutritionist recommended to me number of years ago.

I buy a lot of things from this company that I can't get elsewhere, chemical free panty liners and sanitary products, fluoride free toothpaste and vitamins and other supplements. Excellent quality and service, can't fault them.

Easy to use the app, and I like the discounts.

I've only started using Holland and Barratt fairly recently but on my visits, I've found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's a great range of products, too. The store is spacious and given the on-going situation with Covid, it's also immaculately clean.

Incompetent.
Took order for product that they had already stated was unavailable.
When product wasn't delivered they said that it had been put on wrong lorry and went to wrong store.
Then they said that 'the order' had been 'lost'.
I asked for refund and to close my account.
They closed my account OK
Did not give refund. (Their website states that all refunds are made within 72 hours).
Over 2 weeks later asked where it was. Replied that my request will be made.
No explanation or apology offered.
Now waiting for refund and response to my request for explanation/apology.

H&B is my go to store! I have always had a great service provided at all stores I have been to. The staff are well trained and very helpful.

Only sent half my package, didn’t follow up with me for a week of waiting for it. They ran out of stock, charged me anyway, never shipped it.

Tried to contact them to refund me, only received a Bot reply

I bought several snack items and had them delivered to a local store.
The order was correct, delivery was quick and I enjoyed the products.

Have used H & B for a while now for various things. Prices are reasonable and products good.
Delivery is exceptionally quick and service very good. Would definitely recommend.
